Ágnes Gubicza and Dávid Szaller, PhD students at our department, were awarded the ÚNKP Fellowship of the Ministry of Human Capacities.

Tanszékünk doktoranduszai, Gubicza Ágnes és Szaller Dávíd, elnyerték az Új Nemzeti Kiválóság Program ösztöndíját. 

Our colleagues were awarded the Budó Ágoston Prize and the Gyulai Zoltán Prize, respectively, at the triennial meeting of the Eötvös Loránd Physical Society.

Bordács Sándor Budó Ágoston-díjat, Csonka Szabolcs pedig Gyulai Zoltán-díjat kapott az Eötvös Loránd Fizikai Társulat vándorgyűlésén.

Reliable resistive switching is demonstrated in asymmetrically designed atomic-scale memories utilizing all-Ag electrodes.

Tanszékünk munkatársai reprodukáló rezisztív kapcsolásokat mutattak meg aszimmetrikus felépítésű, ezüst elektródákkal ellátott atomi méretű memóriaegységekben.

István László Lagzi and his co-authors publish a study in Scientific Reports on the dispersion of radioctive materials in the atmosphere.
